Instagram launched the music stickers in Stories in order to allow users to express their feelings better by adding music from a huge library of songs and tracks. Instagram users can search for a specific song or browse randomly, go through genre or popular tracks and add songs to their Stories. Now, Instagram users can connect more than before and interact with music by using the questions sticker for music responses in Stories. By the mean with a new Instagram music question option users are able to share songs with friends via the question sticker.
Base on the Instagram explaining about the newest music question, users will see the new music icon when they use the questions sticker on their stories. How to add question stickers that include music responses?
The new available option somehow combines the two previous options question stickers and music stickers. This option allows Stories viewers to respond to music questions stickers directly with desired songs. To use it follow the steps bellow.
Step 1. Install the latest version of Instagram on Android or IOS.
Step 2. Tap on your profile picture to add a new story.
Step 3. Swipe up to pop a questions sticker into your Story like you usually do.
Step 4. You will notice a little musical note icon appearing. Select it.
Step 5. Now share your Story with all your followers or your close friends, when any of your followers respond to your question, they would be able to select a track out of Instagram’s music library.
You can tap on any of your followers’ responses will and listen to the songs they choose to answer your question. You can also share your favorite responses with followers via Story.
How to go through Instagram music question responses?
In order to go through the received responses tap on your own Instagram Story and swipe up, there you can see who responded. As you go through to understand who responded in the viewer’s list you are able to tap the play button to listen to the songs.
You can delete the responses or send direct messages to the user who send it by tapping on a specific response. You also can tap a response from someone to share it directly to your Story. Keep in mind that when you share someone’s question or song, your friend’s Instagram profile photo and username won’t be shown publicly but you can tag them using @username structure.
Who can use the Instagram music question?
The music question sticker feature is rolling out for all users on the latest version of Instagram for IOS and Android in regions that Instagram music library is currently available.
However while the ability to use music combining with questions stickers is recently added to platform’s Stories, Instagram it may take sometimes to get to all users.
